I’m running for Circuit Court 5 Judge because I believe I’m the most qualified candidate for the position. I have the experience, training, work ethic, and judgment needed to serve our community well.
I became a lawyer because I wanted to help people. Whether as a Public Defender, Attorney for the Department of Child Services, or in my current role as Master Commissioner, I’ve always worked to make sure everyone has access to justice.
As a judicial officer, my actions promote public confidence in the independence, integrity and impartiality of the judiciary. That’s how I approach every case—I listen carefully, stay impartial, and apply the law fairly.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve built strong experience in Circuit Court 5 and am already familiar with the kinds of cases it hears. With my background and training, including graduation from the Indiana Judicial College and handling more than 1,700 cases, I’ll be ready to lead on day one.
As Judge, my duty will be to the people who appear in my courtroom. Because I’ve served in a neutral judicial role for the past decade, I have no ties to past clients or conflicts of interest. I will judge every case on its own merits.
Delaware County has been my home for the past 22 years. My wife and I raised our children here, and this is where we plan to stay. It would be an honor to continue serving this community as your next Circuit Court 5 Judge.
